He installed my air conditioning and my sisters and are Neighbour it worked for a few days and then no cold air for none of us it’s a shame we have called him several times he doesn’t answer and when he does he says he will come never showed up his a liar and a crook we have paid so much money for nothing I don’t know how he has a business never trust him

A heads up to anyone thinking of doing business with this company. It was dissolved as a legal entity for non compliance on 29 Jun 2011. If anyone wants to check: Corporation # 4311183. Find a legitimate company to do work you need done, that way you will have legal protection.

Pay attention to the negative comments !! Chris is very friendly and reassuring when he is selling and carrying out the installation but once he has your money and your purchased unit stops working, he never shows up to repair or he stalls and comes up with excuses like he's going through a divorce . I had to call another company to fix my heat pump because it's been over a year and he still has not shown up !! I also bought a furnace from him and as the repair guy looks in my furnace he sees that the coils are leaking freon that is why my heat pump is not working. I asked if the Carrier warranty covers the coils, he said the coils are old and are not the ones from Carrier. I was puzzled because I bought this furnace from Omni Air the same time with the heat pump, as it turns out Chris removed the new coils from the furnace and put the old coils from the old furnace in the new one. STAY AWAY !! HE IS CROOKED !!

Christopher has serious issues. He is a LIAR, the likes of which I have never seen before in a human being. Do not get involved. I think we should all get together and sue this dishonest business man who has no knowledge of heatpumps. Stay away from this liar. STAY AWAY

Avoid like the plague. Due to past dealings I transacted for a new thermo pump for my new home. The work needs to be done so I can I have to vacate my present place. I have now been chasing him since late march he swore he would take care of getting it finished lied about leaving to start the job and never does. Now he simply no longer takes my calls. He has $6,500 of my money and do not see how I will get this back to have a new system installed. No heating currently in the house I bought. Can't even rate him 1star. DO NOT TRUST HIM EVER

Had 2 other guys look at our Reznor furnace that told me we had to replace the unit because it was 50 years old. The owner came in (Chris) Saturday morning and found the problem why the furnace was not starting properly was a broken wire. Highly recommended.

If you want to wait forever, have the job done 9 times (all wrong), and then finally hire someone else, call Omni-Air! Horrible, HORRIBLE, service, knowledge, and 'reliability'. DO NOT USE EVEN IF IT'S ALL THAT'S AVAILABLE. A nightmare at best. Avoid Chris like the plague.

To :Chris / Omni Air 'Your man' came not knowing anything about job, you said he will come today and do the job, he didn't have parts and didn't know who he is doing job for, your friend?? Finally he said he doesn't like to mix up in somebody's mess. Ultimately he can do the job, but he'll not guarantee. Because what you did it was not done properly and now it takes practically to redo everything to do job correctly. I need to see you tomorrow am 8:30-9:00. Sign document with exactly what you will do in next 48 hours to fix problem. Or I'll be forced to take legal action to protect my interest. I will report you to CMNTQ and RBQ. If you do not fix my thermo pump until Friday evening I will be forced to hire somebody to do work and I will hold you responsible for cost of same. I'm waiting to long allready. This is final.
