I had an extremely disappointing experience with this cleaning company. As a person with a disability, I needed a deep cleaning. The cost was covered by my private insurance, with additional support from a foundation that agreed to pay for it. Mihalis required nearly $800 in upfront payment before the service. Once on site, the team left around midday without completing the job and without seeking our agreement or properly informing us. The cleaning was far from finished; in fact, it was not even halfway completed when they decided to leave. Several services that were fully paid for were never started, including wall cleaning, window cleaning, surface cleaning, and cleaning of the fridge and stove. After that, the company refused to return to finish the job and has ignored our emails and phone calls entirely. We paid for a full cleaning service that was never delivered. As a result, we are now forced to file a complaint with Protection du consommateur and pursue further action. This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, respect for clients, and basic business ethics. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before paying this company in advance....!
