Fichault Kia

I bought a used vehicle from Fichault Kia and the experience has been extremely poor. Within fewer than 20,000 km the car developed more than 15 serious defects — including issues with brakes, suspension and electrical systems — which meant frequent visits to the dealership and many hours lost. Despite having a legal warranty at purchase, the dealership has refused to honor it. I provided a detailed list of every defect, sent formal notices, and requested corrective action — yet they ignored all of it. On top of that, they misrepresented the price I paid in their public listings. Their responses to other customers are neutral and dismissive, which suggests a pattern of misleading information and lack of accountability. If you’re considering buying from them, be very cautious: you may end up with constant repairs, ignored warranty rights and incorrect pricing information.
