I ordered 12 meat hens for May 13. When I called Clarke's this morning, I was asked if I ordered male or female........ Now I'm thinking that I should have ordered 12 meat chicks.... If the male chicks will give me more meat...maybe I should have ordered 12 meat chicks.. I also ordered 6 MALE turkeys for may 20.....that's good. Ruth
