De beaux parleurs pour le tarif, un dit quelques choses et quand c’est le temps, le propriétaire qui m’a dit un tarif ne répond plus. Wowwwwww tellement pas professionnel…

Pour notre déménagement, on a eu un service hors paire, d\'une efficacité exceptionnelle et je recommanderais sans hésitation les déménageurs de Déménagement Masson.

I would like to make a couple of comments about the move you did from Terrebonne to Montreal on May 14. When I contacted you for a quote I explained that I am not moving my fridge and stove to the new address. I asked whether you can put them outside close to the street and you confirmed to me that there is no problem. Your team arrived on time and started moving right away. 1. Your employees were in a great hurry. The fridge and the stove were not moved on the street. (They had no time to lose) I had to hire others to put the fridge and stove on the street. It cost me $ 200 instead of 15 minutes at the rate of $ 125 an hour. 2. When you submitted your quote to me you knew I had about 75 boxes and 5 1/2 rooms. Your employees left several boxes and items (TV, 34 inch computer etc). They said there wasn’t enough room in the truck. Luckily, they didn\'t have to move the fridge, the stove and the table and the 6 chairs in the dining room. Next time you move a 5 1/2 use a large enough truck. 3. You charged me $ 125 an hour, I learned that you charged others $ 120 an hour. I thought I was doing business with a professional company, I was mistaken. I will not recommend your company to my friends or family.

Impeccable travail, attitude, ponctualité, camions propres et bien équipés. Ils ont réussi l’impossible: déménager 2000 tableaux et beaucoup de stock, irréprochable. Fortement recommandé. Le prix est très faire aussi. Merci et félicitations!

Excellent service! Des gens d'expérience, polis, courtois, rapides et... pas mal plus en forme que la moyenne des gens! Soyez sans inquiétudes, n'hésitez pas à faire appel à eux, vous serez plus que satisfaits (et votre porte-feuille aussi!)
