Make sure you get a copy of the contract in advance and read it completely before going to their sales point! There are some traps and they are not loyal to the customer as soon as they got your down payment. I got a situation requiring rerouting cash flow from a shed to something else, and returned to them just next day after I signed a contract, and asked to cancel it for now until I would be in position to spent that 4-5k$. They penalized me with 10% of whole amount of the contract! What a sweet deal! Sure it is written in a contract. But after long decision making, waiting in a line to be served, negotiating final requirements when we asked a sales guy 'What important things in this contract should we know about?' he disclose neither 0-day grace period, nor 10% trap, nor any other features of the contract. They are not even highlighted there. So, be aware! Or buy somewhere else.
