Aucun service , boîte vocale toujours pleine ma thermopompe a cesser de fonctionner j'ai une garantie de 10 ans et incapable davoir du service on a réussis 2 fois a les rejoindre en changeant de numéro de téléphone a chaque fois et nous dit qu'il va vérifier si la garantie tient toujours car la compagnie a changer de nom et pouf pu de retour je ne vous la recommande vraiment pas

I HAD A CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITION SYSTEM INSTALLED BY MTP CLIMATISATION CHAUFFAGE INC. IN NOVEMBER 2019, PRESENTLY I HAVE TO SHUT DOWN THE SYSTEM BECAUSE OF AN AMMONIA ODOR SMELL COMING OUT OF THE OUTLETS SINCE IT WAS INSTALLED AND IT IS GETTING WORSE, I TRIED CALLING MTP, BUT ALL THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT IN SERVICE. SO PRESENTLY I HAVE A $20,000.00 SYSTEM NOT WORKING AFTER BEEN INSTALL IN NOVEMBER 2019.
