These people are charlatans and fraudsters with no respect and no honesty at all. Try to avoid any business with them. Remember two names Pierre and Serge. Worst customer service ever! All the details below: My AC / Heat Pump broke. It was still under warranty. I called them, they came, and, as they claim, they found the issue. I paid for the visit and the inspection 140$. They said they will order the broken part and will come to install it. Installation suppose to cost me 50$. This is the unit still under warranty. Then they call me and say that the part they ordered is not on the warranty and it will cost me around 400$ to install it. I called the manufacturer and with the serial number of the unit, manufacturer confirmed that it's still under warranty. I called Thermo Pom and told them that it still under warranty and I don't want to pay 400$. They said ok and we booked an appointment to fix it. Then, they cancel the appointment because its raining O_o Since then, I call them, (the sales person Pierre and the technician Serge) almost every day for almost 2 months to book another appointment to fix it, and they never answer. I left many voice messages asking to call me back and they never called. To me it sounds like they tried to f..ck me up telling that I need to pay for the part and when I received a written confirmation from manufacturer confirming that the part is still under warranty, they understood that they won't have any money, they decided to ignore me. I am not even sure if they know how to fix ACs and they certainly never heard about customer service and honesty.

Cette compagnie n’est vraiment pas professionnel! Depuis 1 mois on attend les services de réparation de leur fameux technicien Serge et il dit qu’il viendra et ne vient jamais! J’appelle et quelques minutes plus tard ils ferment leur téléphone ‭(514) 898-5553‬.. Prochaine étape je vais porter plainte aux droits des consommateurs pour avoir un remboursement total! Je suis très en colère!

Le service après vente existe-t-il? Je suis toujours en attente d,un appel De Serge votre thechnicien! Il ne rend pas mes appels. Svp veuillez m,informer Ma patience est à bout

vend d'excellents produits mais installation pouritte je dois débourser environ milledollards pour reastaller la thermo pompe et refaire mon plafond dans le sous sol cause insfiltrationn d'eau esti
